📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No customs fees or additional taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both outgoing and incoming) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.
