Withdrawal and/or Refund Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND

 

For any purchase of goods from us, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the items to form an opinion of the product.

In the case of an exchange or request for a refund, please contact us before returning the item(s) concerned to tell us the reason for the return.

In the case of a return/refund request following receipt of one or more items damaged or sent in error, proof will be requested to validate your request.

Special cases of non-refundable items:

- Immediately reproducible unsealed products, including, but not limited to: CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, Books, Magazines.

- Products that the buyer cannot use due to compatibility issues, which includes, but is not limited to: DVD, Blu-Ray and other video or audio media. It is the buyer's responsibility to check beforehand that he has the necessary equipment to use this type of product (zone/regions). This information is always present in the product description.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr.

Once your request has been validated by our services, please return the new product(s) to us in their original packaging (intact and closed, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation) to the following address:

As soon as we receive the products you wish to return, and after verification, we will send you a return email to let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.

Please note that items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.

If approved, your refund is then processed and either:

- A credit note will be issued in your favor for the amount of the goods and the costs incurred for the return (+ 5% in compensation), as stipulated in the EU charter - Rights to reimbursement in the event of cancellation of online orders.

- Either your credit card or initial payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

The return is the responsibility of the customer unless support for the return has been validated in advance with KAEPJJANG SHOP.
