1. What happens after I place my order?

We prepare your order so you can receive it as quickly as possible. Here are the steps:

  1. Payment confirmation (immediate or within 24h for card payments).

  2. Order processing: stock verification, preparation, or placing an order with suppliers for [RESTOCK], [PRE ORDER], or [ON REQUEST] items.

  3. Shipping according to the timelines listed below.

2. What are the shipping times?

📮 La Poste (Colissimo)

  • [IN STOCK]: 2–3 business days

  • [ON REQUEST]: please allow 7–14 business days before shipping starts

  • [PRE ORDER]: ships upon arrival (average 7–10 business days). All details regarding shipping start dates are indicated on the product page.

📦 Mondial Relay

  • [IN STOCK]: 3–5 business days

  • [ON REQUEST]: please allow 7–14 business days before shipping starts (see product page)

  • [PRE ORDER]: ships upon arrival (average 7–10 business days). All details regarding shipping start dates are indicated on the product page.

⚠️ Important: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order/restock/on-request items, it will be shipped once all products are available.

3. What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will contact you so you can choose between:

  • Replacing the item with another of equal value

  • Full or partial refund

  • Store credit of equal value (+5% bonus offered)

  • La Poste (Colissimo): €4 (free for orders over €50)

  • Pick-up point: Free

  • Zone I – €8 up to €120, free above

  • Zone II – €10 up to €120, free above
    Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Czechia, Switzerland

  • Zone III – €12 up to €120, free above
    United Kingdom, Iceland, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia

  • Zone OM1 – €14 up to €200, free above
    Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy

  • Zone OM2 – €22 up to €200, free above
    New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Lands

5. Are there customs fees?

  • European Union: no customs duties

  • Outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, OM1 & OM2 zones, etc.):
    Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
    In case of refusal or inability to receive the parcel, any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund (no refund if costs exceed the amount paid).
