My order has been placed? What about now?
Well, it's very simple!
As soon as your order is placed on the kaepjjang-shop.fr website, we will put everything in place so that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
To help you better understand the delivery process, you will find below a short summary of the different steps following your order validation.
1) Confirmation of your payment.
For payment by credit card, you will receive the order confirmation the same day or the day after the order.
2) Order processing.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will check that the selected products are available in our stocks and will prepare the package.
For products marked [RESTOCK] or [PRE ORDER] , we will place orders with our suppliers if this has not already been done before.
In the case of [ON ORDER] items, we place the order on request.
In the event that a product is out of stock with us or with our suppliers, we will contact you by email or by telephone.
You will then be able to :
- Replace the out of stock product(s) with other items of an identical total amount.
- Request a total or partial refund of out-of-order products (bank transfer)
- Request a credit for the amount equivalent to the total of out-of-stock products to use on your next purchase (+ 5% offered as compensation).
3) Delivery times and costs per delivered area.
For delivery, Kaepjjang Shop offers you three possibilities:
- Via La Poste
- Via Mondial Relay / Relais Pick-Up
La Poste :
- Products available immediately: 2-5 working days
- Products in progress [ RESTOCK ] or [ON ORDER] : Between 7 and 14 days on average.
- Pre-order products [PRE ORDER] : Shipping can only be made when the products are received at our premises. Please note that a delay of 4/5 days is added to the usual delivery time while the product arrives to us from South Korea.
On average, it takes 10 days to receive the pre-ordered item. This period may very well be reduced or extended depending on the carrier or any event beyond our control (customs blockage, official release postponed, etc.)
Information regarding the estimated start of shipping of the item is always indicated on the Product page.
Mondial Relay :
- Products available immediately: 3-5 working days
- Products currently in [ RESTOCK ]
- Products [ON DEMAND] : The estimated return to stock is indicated in the delivery section of the product page.
- Pre-order products [PRE DEMAND] : Dispatch can only be made when the products are received at our premises. In general, delivery times for items at our premises are 5 to 7 days.
[Important reminder]
If your order includes both an item(s) in stock and an item(s) on pre-order, on demand and/or restock , the order will be shipped out only when all items will be available.
How much is shipping to France? To the European Union ? To Switzerland?

Shipping costs are fixed, regardless of the number of items / weight. Only your geographical delivery area will influence the final amount.
- France / Monaco :
- 4€ for a home delivery via Colissimo. Free shipping for orders above 50€.
- Free delivery to a relay point (via Mondial Relay or Relais Pick Up)
- European Union :
Zone I : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal : €8 EUR. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR
Zone II : Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, and the Czech Republic : €10 EUR. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR
- SWITZERLAND
Starting April 15th, we also offer delivery to Switzerland via Colissimo. Shipping costs are €10. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR.

[CUSTOMS FEES]
Are there customs fees when shopping at KAEPJJANG SHOP?
If you reside in a country within the European Union, you will not have to pay customs fees.
Non-European Union (EU) countries :
Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. In case you incur any import duties; you need to pay the import duty charges in order to receive the parcel.
If you do not accept(refuse) the parcel or you are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned; we have to pay the import duty to your country as well in our country, once the parcel reaches back along with the shipping charge for the parcel on its return journey. We adjust the total duties and total shipping charges incurred against the amount paid by you and share the balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after the fees are deducted.
