Are albums counted in the charts?

Yes, all purchases of physical albums, DVDs and eligible items made on Kaepjjang Shop are counted in the Korean charts.

  • And what exactly does that mean?

Quite simply that you support your favorite artists with Kaepjjang Shop. All albums are counted in the Korean HANTEO and/or GAON (Circle) charts and can help support your artists when they are nominated on music shows such as Music Bank, Inkigayo etc.

Furthermore, for certain albums, a coupon will be sent to you in order to authenticate the product with the Whosfan application. Don't forget to do this because it allows you to support your artist in the International HANTEO GLOBAL chart.

  • How ?

As all our Korean suppliers are official members of the HANTEO family, each album is automatically counted in these charts.

[Loyalty program]

To access the loyalty program, simply click on the small gift icon which is located at the bottom left of your screen when you are on the kaepjjang-shop.fr home page.

Once registered in the Kaepjjang Shop loyalty program, you can finally start collecting points in several ways:

  1. Create an account = 200 points
  2. Make a purchase = 3 points collected for each euro spent (excluding shipping costs)
  3. Add a birthday = 100 points (on each birthday)
Redemption possibilities:
  • €5 voucher = 500 points
  • €10 voucher = 1000 points
  • €15 voucher = 1500 points
  • €20 voucher = 2000 points
  • €25 voucher = 2500 points

Please note , loyalty program discount vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.

     How to find a product on the site?

    You have several ways to do this:

    - “Catalogue” search

    - Quick search bar

    To open the quick search bar, simply click on the magnifying glass icon located at the top right of the site. You will then just have to enter the name of the artist and/or product you are looking for.

    - Favorites button

    You can add an article to your favorites by clicking on the appropriate button located on the right side of the site. Please note, for a product to be added to your favorites, you must be connected to your account which implies that you must be registered on our site.

    If despite this, the product cannot be found, do not hesitate to send us an email to contact @kaepjjang-shop.fr, we will tell you if it is no longer sold or if we can order it for you .

    [RESTOCK] / [ON REQUEST] / [PRE ORDER], what does this mean?

    An [ON REQUEST] product is a product that we do not have in stock but which is available from our supplier(s). We order it on request. A delay of at least 7/141 working days is expected before shipping this item.

    A product in [RESTOCK] is a product that we have ordered from our supplier but which has not yet arrived in our stocks. The return to stock date is indicated in the product sheet concerned.

    A [PRE ORDER] product is a product that has not yet been officially released in South Korea but can be pre-ordered in advance in order to benefit from special bonuses reserved for pre-orders. Shipments for this product will begin upon receipt of it at our premises.

    Note : Please note that the release date indicated in the product description corresponds to the product release in South Korea. In general, pre-order items are received at our premises within 7 working days after the official release in South Korea. You can therefore expect a shipping time of between 7 and 14 working days for this type of product. Estimates are indicated in each product sheet.

    Which version of the ordered album will I receive?.

    If at the time of ordering you chose a particular version, we will send you the one selected at the time of purchase.

    In case the random version has been selected, we will send you a random version from those available.

    If you want a particular version, you can contact us in advance or specify it in a comment when ordering and we will do our best to respond favorably to your request. However, if the version you want is no longer available, we will contact you by email to inform you.

    Is the site secure?

    Is it possible to change my payment method?

    Unfortunately, it is impossible to change your payment method once the order has been placed.

    If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to request the cancellation of your order and then place a new order with the new payment method chosen.

    I would like to modify or cancel my order. How to do ?

    The quickest and simplest way is to contact us by telephone to send us your request for modifications or cancellation. Of course, you can also send us the request by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr . (recommended)

    However, although it is entirely possible to modify or cancel an order, some rules must be respected.

    For all modifications :

    Changing your order is possible as long as it has not yet been sent by us. To do this, contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible.

    Please note, an order is qualified as “modified” from the moment a “confirmation of modification request” from us has been sent to you by email.

     For any cancellation :

    It is possible to cancel all or part of your order upon simple request. Contact us by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to make your request.

     What delivery methods are available?

    • Home :

    - Via Mondial Relay (Colissimo) or Relay Pick Up (Chronopost):

    The package will then be delivered to a Point Relais® | Locker previously chosen at the time of ordering.

    If your favorite locker or relay point does not appear at the time of your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Where do you deliver?

    Geographical delivery area:

    Orders placed on Kaepjjang Shop are delivered throughout France, Corsica and member countries of the European Union.

    How much are shipping costs in France? In the European Union?

    Good news for our French friends, shipping costs are free in Metropolitan France & Corsica via Colissimo delivery (La Poste).

    From December 20, 2023, delivery to a relay point is also free throughout France.

    For European Union countries, the prices are as follows :

    - Zone I: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal: a fixed rate of €10 is applied up to €110. Beyond this amount , shipping costs are free.


    Zone II: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czechia: a fixed rate of €12 is applied up to €110. Beyond this amount , shipping costs are free.

    Until when can I change my delivery address?

    Your address can be changed as long as your package is still present on our premises. To inform us of any change in delivery address, please contact us by telephone. We will then be able to confirm immediately that your request has been taken into account on our side.

    Then, all you have to do is send us an email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr confirming the new delivery address.

     How can I track my order?

    To access your order tracking, connect to your customer account by entering your identifiers and you will be able to access your order history.

    Once I have placed my order, how long do I have to wait before receiving my package?

    Once your order has been placed, Kaepjjang Shop will do everything possible to ship it as quickly as possible. However, the initial delivery time may be extended if your order contains restocked or pre-ordered items.

    Specific delivery times are indicated in the description of these products under the [Delivery Information] section.

     My order has not yet been shipped. What is going on ?

     We process orders upon receipt of payment.

    If your payment has been confirmed but your package has not yet been shipped, it is possible that:

    - One of the items you ordered is not available in stock.

    In this case, we will contact you to inform you. If this shortage is temporary, we will inform you of the product restocking time and will communicate the new estimated delivery date.

    If you wait more than a week, you will have the option to maintain your order, make an exchange or request a refund. 

     - Your order contains a pre-order item:

    In this case, the shipping date of your package will depend on the release date of the pre-ordered item and its arrival at our premises. As a reminder, all items in the same order are sent at once.

     My package has been shipped but I still haven't received it?

    Delivery time may vary between 3 and 5 working days depending on the carrier. If this deadline has not yet passed, we advise you to wait a little longer.

    If La Poste tracking tells you that the package is in transit/in transit, it should arrive at your home shortly!

    However, if the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered even though you have not received anything, we first advise you to:

    - Check that a calling notice has not been left in your mailbox in your absence.

    - Check that it has not been collected by a third person (family, concierge, spouse, neighbor, etc.)

    If this is not the case, it is best to contact your nearest post center immediately. They will be able to inform you about the situation of your package. An address error can often be the cause of this type of disappointment.

    If despite all this, the package still cannot be found, contact us so that we can file a complaint with their service.

    [PROBLEM AT RECEIPT]

    I received my order but a product has a defect. What should I do ?

    We always take care to check the products we send. Despite all our precautions, it is possible that a defect on a product could not be detected before shipping (the products are all in their original packaging).

    Contact us at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to inform us and we will process your request as soon as possible.

    I received my order but a product is missing, what should I do?

    First check that your package has not been damaged or opened by a third party.

    This is not the case ? So, oops! Contact us by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to let us know about this problem and the missing product will then be sent to you as soon as our checks have been carried out.

    My package is being returned to you, what is happening?

    The main reason for this is often an error in the address communicated at the time of ordering. The carrier could not find the address to be delivered, so the package was returned to us.

    Please check that the contact details entered when placing the order correspond to your residential address.
