Are albums counted in the charts?
Yes, all purchases of physical albums, DVDs, and eligible items made on Kaepjjang Shop count toward the Korean charts.
- And what does that mean exactly?
Simply put, you're supporting your favorite artists with Kaepjjang Shop. All albums are counted on the Korean HANTEO and/or GAON (Circle) charts and can help support your artists when they're nominated for music shows like Music Bank, Inkigayo, etc.
You can check the KOMCA brand on the products you purchase.
- How ?
Since all our Korean suppliers are official members of the HANTEO family, each album is automatically counted in these charts.
[Loyalty program]
To access the loyalty program, simply click on the small gift icon which is located at the bottom left of your screen when you are on the kaepjjang-shop.fr homepage.
Once you've signed up for the Kaepjjang Shop loyalty program, you can finally start collecting points in several ways:
- Create an account = 200 points
- Make a purchase = 3 points collected for every euro spent (excluding shipping costs)
- Add a birthday = 100 points (on each birthday)
- €5 voucher = 500 points
- €10 voucher = 1000 points
- €15 voucher = 1500 points
- €20 voucher = 2000 points
- €25 voucher = 2500 points
Please note that loyalty program discount vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.

How to find a product on the site?
There are several ways you can do this:
- Search "Catalog"
- Quick search bar
To open the quick search bar, simply click on the magnifying glass icon located in the top right corner of the site. Then, simply enter the name of the artist and/or product you are looking for.
- Favorites button
You can add an item to your favorites by clicking the appropriate button on the right side of the site. Please note: to add a product to your favorites, you must be logged into your account, which means you must be registered on our site.
If, despite this, the product remains unobtainable, do not hesitate to send us an email to contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr , we will let you know if it is no longer sold or if we can order it for you.
[RESTOCK] / [ON REQUEST] / [PRE ORDER], what does this mean?
An [ON REQUEST] product is a product that we do not have in stock but is available from our supplier(s). We order it on request . A delay of at least 7/14 working days is to be expected before shipping this item.
A [RESTOCK] product is a product that we have ordered from our supplier but which has not yet arrived in our stock. The return to stock date is indicated in the product sheet concerned.
A [PRE ORDER] product is a product that has not yet been officially released in South Korea but can be pre-ordered in advance to benefit from special pre-order bonuses. Shipping for this product will begin as soon as it arrives at our premises.
Note : Please note that the release date indicated in the product description corresponds to the product's release in South Korea. Generally, pre-ordered items are received at our premises within 7 business days after the official release in South Korea. You can therefore expect a shipping time of between 7 and 14 business days for this type of product. Estimates are indicated on each product page.
Which version of the ordered album will I receive?
If you chose a particular version when ordering, we will send you the one you selected at the time of purchase.
In case the random version was selected, we will send you a random version from those available.
If you would like a specific version, please contact us in advance or specify it in the comments when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the version you want is no longer available, we will contact you by email to inform you.

Is it possible to change my payment method?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your payment method once the order has been placed.
If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to request cancellation of your order and then place a new order using the new payment method chosen.
I would like to modify or cancel my order. How do I do this?
The easiest and fastest way is to contact us by phone to send us your request for changes or cancellation. Of course, you can also send us your request by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr . (recommended)
However, although it is entirely possible to modify or cancel an order, there are a few rules to follow.
For any modifications :
You can modify your order as long as it hasn't been shipped by us yet. To do so, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Please note that an order is considered “modified” from the moment a “confirmation of modification request” from us has been sent to you by email.
For any cancellation :
You can cancel all or part of your order upon request. Please contact us by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to make your request.

What delivery methods are available?

The package will then be delivered to a Point Relais® | Locker previously chosen when ordering.
If your favorite locker or relay point does not appear when you order, do not hesitate to contact us.

How much is shipping to France? To the European Union ? To Switzerland?

Shipping costs are fixed, regardless of the number of items / weight. Only your geographical delivery area will influence the final amount.
- France / Monaco :
- 4€ for a home delivery via Colissimo. Free shipping for orders above 50€.
- Free delivery to a relay point (via Mondial Relay or Relais Pick Up)
- European Union :
Zone I : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal : €8 EUR. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR
Zone II : Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, and the Czech Republic : €10 EUR. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR
- SWITZERLAND
Starting April 15th, we also offer delivery to Switzerland via Colissimo. Shipping costs are €10. FREE Shipping for orders over €120 EUR.

[CUSTOMS FEES]
Are there customs fees when shopping at KAEPJJANG SHOP?
If you reside in a country within the European Union, you will not have to pay customs fees.
Non-European Union (EU) countries :
Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. In case you incur any import duties; you need to pay the import duty charges in order to receive the parcel.
If you do not accept(refuse) the parcel or you are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned; we have to pay the import duty to your country as well in our country, once the parcel reaches back along with the shipping charge for the parcel on its return journey. We adjust the total duties and total shipping charges incurred against the amount paid by you and share the balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after the fees are deducted.
Until when can I change my delivery address?
Your address can be changed as long as your package is still at our premises. To inform us of any change in your delivery address, please contact us by phone. This will allow us to immediately confirm that your request has been received.
Then, you just need to send us an email to contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr confirming the new delivery address.

How can I track my order?
To access your order tracking, log in to your customer account by entering your login details and you will be able to access your order history.
Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive my package?
Once your order is placed, Kaepjjang Shop makes every effort to ship it as quickly as possible. However, the initial delivery time may be extended if your order contains restocked or pre-ordered items.
Specific delivery times are indicated in the description of these products under the heading [Delivery Information].

My order hasn't been shipped yet. What's going on?
We process orders upon receipt of payment.
In the event that your payment has been confirmed but your package has not yet been shipped, it is possible that:
- One of the items you ordered is not available in stock.
In this case, we will contact you to inform you. If this shortage is temporary, we will inform you of the product restocking time and provide you with the new estimated delivery date.
If the waiting time is longer than one week, you will have the option to keep your order, exchange it or request a refund.
- Your order contains a pre-order item:
In this case, the shipping date of your package will depend on the release date of the pre-ordered item and its arrival at our premises. As a reminder, all items in the same order are shipped at the same time.
My package has been shipped but I still haven't received it?
Delivery times can vary between 3 and 5 business days depending on the carrier. If this time has not yet passed, we recommend waiting a little longer.
If La Poste's tracking indicates that the package is in transit/being delivered, it should arrive at your home shortly!
However, if the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received anything, we advise you to first:
- Check that a calling card has not been left in your mailbox while you were away.
- Check that it has not been recovered by a third party (family, caretaker, spouse, neighbor, etc.)
If this isn't the case, it's best to contact your nearest post office immediately. They'll be able to provide you with information on the status of your package. An incorrect address can often be the cause of this type of inconvenience.
If, despite all this, the package is still missing, contact us so that we can file a claim with their service.
[PROBLEM AT RECEPTION]
I received my order, but one product is defective. What should I do?
We always take care to check the products we send. Despite all our precautions, it is possible that a defect on a product could not be detected before sending (the products are all in their original packaging).
Contact us at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to let us know and we will process your request as soon as possible.
I received my order but a product is missing, what should I do?
First, check that your package has not been damaged or opened by a third party.
Not the case? Then, oops! Contact us by email at contact@kaepjjang-shop.fr to let us know about this problem and the missing product will then be sent to you as soon as we have checked.
My package is being returned to you, what's happening?
The main reason for this is often an error in the address provided when ordering. The carrier cannot find the delivery address, so the package is returned to us.
Please check that the contact details entered when ordering match your residential address.
