If you reside in a country of the European Union, you will not have to pay any customs fees.

Exception : Countries located outside the European Union:

Customs duties are taxes levied on imported goods, meaning the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and potentially being subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. If you are required to pay import duties, you must pay them to receive the package. If you refuse the package or are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned, we will be responsible for paying the import duties in both your country and ours, once the package arrives at its destination, as well as the return shipping costs. We will adjust the total duties and shipping costs incurred to the amount you paid and share the remaining balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after deducting the fees.

[RETURN / EXCHANGE]

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Always remember to take a video of your unboxing in case you are asked for proof to justify a return/exchange request following a defective or damaged product.

Point to note:
- Scratches and damage to shrink films and product protective packaging do not constitute grounds for exchange or refund.
- Minor scratches and imperfections may be present. This is not a defect.
- For printed products such as photo cards, scratches, nicks and dents of less than 5 mm and not on the face do not constitute a reason for exchange/return.
