💸 Customs duties and taxes

No additional customs fees or taxes to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any customs duties (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.
