We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Always remember to take a video of your unboxing in case proof is required to justify a return/exchange request due to a defective or damaged product.

Points to note:
- Scratches and damages on the shrink wrap and protective packaging of the product do not constitute a reason for exchange or refund.
- Minor scratches and imperfections may be detected. This is not a defect.
- For printed products such as photo cards, scratches, indentations, and dents less than 5mm and not on the face do not constitute a reason for exchange/returns.
