Shipments will begin once the item is in stock.

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-request items and in-stock items, shipping will occur in a single package, once all products are available.

💸 Customs fees and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping fees as well as any applicable customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Note:

- Damage to the plastic wrap or packaging is not eligible for a return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm excluding the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
