Shipping will begin once the item is in stock.

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Non-EU customers:
Import duties may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic wrap or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm off the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
