🚚 Shipping information

Shipments will begin once the item arrives in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-request items and in-stock items, shipping will be done in a single shipment once all products are available.
➡️ For faster delivery, consider placing two separate orders.

💸 Customs fees and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return costs as well as any customs duties (both outward and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Note:

- Damage to the plastic wrap or packaging is not eligible for a return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5mm excluding the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
