🚚 Shipping information

Shipments will begin once the item arrives in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-demand items and in-stock items, shipping will be in a single parcel once all products are available.
➡️ For faster delivery, consider placing two separate orders.

💸 Customs duties and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs duties or taxes to be expected.

🌍 Non-EU customers:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the parcel, return fees as well as any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Note:

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for a return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5mm excluding faces on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
