💸 Customs duties and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No customs fees or additional taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any customs duties (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be made if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm excluding face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
