If you reside in a European Union country, you will not have any customs fees to pay.

Exception: Countries outside the European Union:

Customs duties are taxes levied on imported goods, which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. If you have to pay import duties, you will need to pay them to receive the package. If you refuse the package or are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned, we will have to pay the import duties in your country as well as in our country, once the package arrives at its destination, as well as the return shipping costs. We adjust the total duties and shipping costs incurred against the amount you paid and share the balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to any refund if no balance remains after deducting the fees.

[RETURN / EXCHANGE]

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Always remember to take a video of your unboxing in case proof is requested to justify a return/exchange request due to a defective or damaged product.

Points to note:
- Scratches and damages on shrink wrap and protective product packaging are not grounds for exchange or refund.
- Small scratches and imperfections may be detected. This is not a defect.
- For printed products such as photo cards, scratches, nicks, and dents less than 5 mm and not on the face are not grounds for exchange/returns.
