If your basket contains both a pre-order (or/and restock) item and an in-stock item, the order will only be shipped when all items are available. If you want fast delivery, it is therefore preferable to make two separate baskets for these items.

[RETURNS / EXCHANGES]

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Always remember to take a video of your unboxing in case proof is requested to justify a return/exchange request following a defective or damaged product.

Points to note:
- Scratches and damage on shrink films and protective product packaging do not constitute a reason for exchange or refund.
- Small scratches and imperfections may be detected. This is not a defect.
- For printed products such as photo cards, scratches, nicks and dents less than 5 mm and not on the face do not constitute a reason for exchange/returns.
