📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No customs fees or additional taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any applicable customs duties (outward and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm, excluding faces on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
