Shipments will begin from the end of October.

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-demand items and in-stock items, the shipment will be made in a single shipment , once all products are available.

💸 Customs fees and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union :
No customs fees or additional taxes are to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU :
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties (both outgoing and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return/Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm outside face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
