Shipping will begin once the item is in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-demand items and in-stock items, shipping will take place in a single shipment once all products are available.

💸 Customs duties and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs duties or taxes are to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import duties may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any customs duties (both outgoing and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for a return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm excluding faces on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
