📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the reimbursed amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is null or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm not on the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
