Shipping will begin once the product arrives in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both items on pre-order/restock/on request and items in stock, the order will be shipped in a single shipment, once all products are available.

💸 Customs Fees and Taxes

📍 Customers Located in the European Union:
No customs fees or additional taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers Outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Please note:

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm off-face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
