🚚 Shipping Information

Shipments will begin once the item is in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-demand items and in-stock items, shipping will be done in a single shipment, once all products are available.
➡️ For faster delivery, consider placing two separate orders.

💸 Customs Fees and Taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No customs fees or additional taxes are to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return costs as well as any customs duties (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Please note:

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm outside the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
