💸 Customs Fees and Taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs and any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of return or defective product.

⚠️ Please note:

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm not on face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
