Shipping will begin once the item is in stock.

📍 Customers Located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers Outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return fees as well as any customs duties (both inbound and outbound) will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.
