🚚 Shipping information

Orders will ship once the item is in stock. 

⚠️ If your order contains both items that are on pre-order/restock/on requestand items that are in stock, the order will ship in a single shipment once all products are available.
➡️ For faster delivery, consider placing two separate orders.

💸 Customs duties and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No customs duties or additional taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.

⚠️ Please note:

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm off the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
