No additional customs fees or taxes to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU :
Import charges may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In the event of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return costs as well as any customs duties (outbound and inbound) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return/Exchange Policy

🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be required in the event of a return or defective product.

- Damage to the plastic film or packaging is not eligible for return/exchange.

- Slight imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm off face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
