📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to expect.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both ways) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / Exchange Policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in case of a return or defective product.

- Damages to the plastic wrap or packaging are not eligible for a return/exchange.

- Minor imperfections (small scratches, marks < 5 mm excluding the face on photocards, etc.) are not considered defects.
