Shipments will begin from mid-February.

If your cart contains both a pre-order item (or/and a restock item) and an item in stock, the order will be shipped only when all items will be available. If you want fast delivery, then it is better to make two separate baskets for these items.

[RETURN / EXCHANGE]

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Always remember to take a video of your unboxing in case proof is requested to justify a return/exchange request following a defective or damaged product.

- Scratches or damage to the product's shrink wrap and protective packaging do not constitute grounds for exchange or refund.
