Shipping will begin once the item arrives in stock.

⚠️ If your order contains both pre-order/restock/on-demand items and in-stock items, shipping will be done in one single shipment once all products are available.

💸 Customs duties and taxes

📍 Customers located in the European Union:
No additional customs fees or taxes to be expected.

🌍 Customers outside the EU:
Import fees may apply upon receipt. These are the customer's responsibility. In case of refusal or non-delivery of the package, return shipping costs as well as any customs duties (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refunded amount. No refund will be issued if the remaining balance is zero or negative.

🔁 Return / exchange policy

⏳ You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
🧾 The item must be returned in its original condition.

📸 Remember to film your unboxing – this may be requested in the event of a return or defective product.
